My client are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years experience in construction.

Working for a main contractor who specialise in refurbishments & new build projects in education, healthcare, industrial and secure environments, they have a growing portfolio of projects from £3m - £15m in value.

Preference for degree / HND level qualification.

The role will include estimating and preconstruction as well as overseeing cost value reconcillation on live projects. The role will be based between head office, sites and remote / hybrid.
