The role is a Hybrid position on site 3 days a week and 2 days from home, working normal office hours. The role is 12 months working normal hours.Description:The Implementation Advisor covers EMEA region onboardings and treasury solution implementation for Global Commercial Banking clients, who have chosen the bank for their treasury & cash management products and services. The Implementation Advisor is responsible for providing a smooth onboarding experience, building trust and effective working relationships with clients whilst meeting the requirements of our Compliance and Operations business partners.The main responsibilities are:* You will implement treasury products and solutions for clients.* You will take ownership of the end-to-end resolution of projects.* You will conduct research using various bank systems and liaising with internal business partners to enable thorough and accurate responses to client enquiries.* You will respond to enquiries received from clients and Sales partners.* You will resolve conflicts while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client experienceWe are looking for a highly organised individual who can manage complex projects. You will possess excellent customer service skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
