What You'll Do:

Manage credit hire claims from inception to conclusion

Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to gather necessary information

Conduct thorough investigations to establish liability and assess damages

Negotiate settlements for the best possible outcomes

Maintain detailed records of all communications

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly

About You:

Minimum 2 years of experience handling credit hire claims is essential

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing credit hire claims

Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications

Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
