Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking multiple Customer Care Coordinators to join a house builder in Hampshire. This client is open to Customer Care candidates from different background, new homes experience would be advantageous though.

The Company

This company is a privately owned regional housebuilder based in Hampshire, providing high quality new homes across the county. With exciting growth plans ahead, they are looking to double in size over the coming year which means plenty of opportunities to progress your career as the business develops.

The role will require

* Record and log customers inquiries

* Respond to customers messages and complaints

* Manage customer contact between all parties until completion

* Monitor the handover process

* Manage complaints and give a high level of services at all times

* Undertake investigations where necessary and ensure action is taken accordingly

* Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues

* Write emails and formal letters on behalf of the company to clients

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Excellent administrative skills

* Previous experience in customer care

* Excellent knowledge of Office 365

* New homes experience would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits

* Up to £30,000 DOE

* Monday - Friday

* 9am - 5pm

* Death in service
