We're on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Health and Safety Lead to join our Frankfurt team. This is your chance to be at the forefront of safety excellence in one of the most innovative sectors of the construction industry!
What You'll Do:

Champion Safety: Ensure adherence to Winthrop's Safety Management System and all relevant legislation. You'll be our go-to person for safety compliance, environmental practices, and health regulations.
Develop & Implement: Create and oversee task-specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Plans. Your proactive approach will drive our safety culture forward.
Audit & Inspect: Conduct regular site audits, document findings, and ensure prompt corrective actions. Your keen eye will keep our safety standards top-notch.
Train & Lead: Coordinate and manage safety inductions, training, and PPE resourcing. You'll be leading Toolbox Talks and ensuring our team is always up to date on safety practices.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work with project teams and subcontractors to enforce safety policies and maintain welfare and hygiene facilities. You'll be a key player in daily briefings and safety meetings.What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: Relevant 3rd level degree in Environmental, Health & Safety.
Experience: 5+ years managing EHS on large construction sites. Data centre experience is a plus!
Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
Attitude: Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a proactive approach to EHS requirements.Why Apply?
