Procurement Administrator Salary and Benefits

Salary £25,000
Onsite parking
Monday to Friday - 40 hour week

Place and manage material orders for operational departments and engineers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.
Update material specifications and liaise with merchants and suppliers.
Maintain New Build Site Sheets and Material Forecast Sheets on OneDrive.
Handle communications with field-based engineers regarding procurement needs.
Communicate with suppliers for material procurement.
Assist other Procurement Team members and complete ad-hoc duties as required.
Adhere to Company Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment Policies.Procurement Administrator Requirements

Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in IT, including MS Word, Excel, OneDrive and Outlook.
