Job Overview

Florin Healthcare have been assigned to work with a private, family run, established and highly reputable national care provider to find a new Home Manager for one of their elderly care services. The home is a medium sized elderly care that provides nursing and dementia care to elderly residents. As the Home Manager for the service, responsible for maintaining high levels of care for the residents and creating an outstanding environment.

Salary

£60k to £65k per annum depending on experience.

Candidate requirements

* You must currently be a Home Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.

* Good CQC History or experience with turnaround projects

* Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business

* MUST be a registered nurse - RGN / RMN / RNLD with a valid pin

Location

This role is based in Wolverhampton and commutable from Walsall, Dudley, Birmingham, Telford, Stafford and Cannock
