I'm looking for a Roofing Site Manager for a repairs contract working in Stoke. This role will include managing a team of Subcontractors and Direct Labour Teams

The Social Housing Roofing Site Manager will be needed to:

Ensure H&S is kept tot he highest standard
Liaise with the client and ensure the smooth running of the contract
Appraise RAMS
Arrange and complete inductions
Carry out weekly inspections
Manage Direct and Subcontractor labour
Report back to the contract manager
Ideally, I'm looking for a Roofing Site Manager that:

Holds their SMSTS
Holds their 1st Aid Awareness
Holds their Man Handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness (can be taken online)
Has experience working on Roofing contracts

In return, the Roofing Site Manager will receive:

£27 per hour
ongoing work
