Role: Home Manager

Location: East Sussex

Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

Set in a beautiful seaside town in East Sussex, a Dementia Nursing Home is looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to join their brilliant team.

Main duties:

* Leadership and Management of the home

* Lead, supervise, empower and inspire the team to ensure positive outcomes for the home.

* Take charge of the regular communication with residents, relatives, external professionals and Directors.

* Manage financial budgets to ensure revenue and income targets are must.

To be successful in the role as a Nursing Home Manager you must have:

Requirements:

* Be an Adult RGN/RMN or an experienced manager with NVQ level 5 or above in Health and Social Care.

* Have experience and compassion to care for people with dementia

* Be an inspirational Leader.

* Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with people at all levels.

* Have experience risk assessing and care planning.
