Finance Manager - Flexible / Hybrid working - Golders GreenOwner-managed Property Investment and Management firm in NW London. Diverse portfolio of both residential and commercial properties. Seeks experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller.Sole role to run its finance function.

Working alongside the CEO and Property Manager, the role will include:

• Run the day to day accounts on MRI Qube
• Manage tenants accounts receivable, collection of any arrears
• Service charge accounting and raise invoices for rent and insurance
• Reconcile loan transactions, interest and intercompany transfers
• Manage accounts payable with supplier reconciliations
• Reconcile VAT for group companies and submit quarterly returns
• Prepare quarterly reports for investors
• Liaise with external accountants for year-end

This Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Client Accountant role requires an Accountant experienced in Property management, ideally with MRI Qube knowledge. Flexible working is available. Both full time and part time will be considered.
