Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our residential children's home in London. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of care, safeguard the well-being of young people, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management to the residential care team.

Ensure the home meets all Ofsted standards and regulations.

*

Develop and implement care plans tailored to each child's needs.

*

Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children in the home.

*

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-quality care environment.

*

Manage budgets and ensure the efficient operation of the home.

*

Liaise with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to support children's development.

Requirements:

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).

*

Proven experience managing a residential childcare setting.

*

Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children's safeguarding procedures.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

*
