We're seeking an enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistant to support primary classes in Croydon starting in November 2024. This part-time role includes helping with lesson activities and fostering students' educational and social development.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with lessons and classroom activities
Provide support to individual students or small groups
Ensure student safety during class and break times
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
Support classroom organisation and perform light admin tasksRequirements:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
Understanding of primary curriculum and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, empathetic, and positive with childrenPreferred Qualifications:

Relevant education or childcare qualification
