Financial Controller – Eastwood - £60,000 - £65,000 Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with our client, based in Eastwood who are looking for a Financial Controller due to growth. In the last 4 years this is a business that has gone from £7m turnover to £45m through both organic and acquisitional growth.The Financial Controller will report to the Group FC with responsibility as follows:

• Managing a team of 2 including a Management Accountant
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory
• Business KPI analysis and reporting as well as being the financial lead in projects
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Business partnering and process improvement
• Financial controls, reconciliations, payroll and all associated reporting
• Project work and supporting the group management team

Key Requirements and Preferences:

• Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA Accountant with strong technical skills
• Experience of working in a project lead business and the ability to work with none finance management
• Driven and self-motivated with continuous improvement mentality
