We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Plumber to join our team based in NW10 (Oaklands Rise).

Key Details:

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, no on-call responsibilities.

* Tools Provided: All necessary tools are supplied.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water systems.

* Fault finding and efficiently carry out repairs to prevent service interruptions.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards on all jobs.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including risk assessments and maintenance logs.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Equivalent.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
