Remedials Team Manager - Service

At WB Power Services, we're on a mission to enhance the customer experience, and we're seeking an organized and proactive Remedials Team Manager to lead our remedial service team based in Heanor. WB Power Services is a family-owned business with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and a supportive work culture. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our remedial service team operates efficiently and achieves top performance.

Key Responsibilities, as a Remedials Team Manager, your duties will include:

Ensuring the team adheres to company quality systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) and meets SLA and KPI targets.
Overseeing the efficient operation of the department, with a focus on timely processing of new enquiries and incoming orders.
Resolving customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintaining up-to-date sales and job management systems and monitoring team follow-ups.
Coordinating with other departments to enhance workflow and customer outcomes.
Tracking the performance of key clients and ensuring departmental KPIs are consistently achieved.
Organizing and attending handover meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
Managing team holidays and sick days via our online system.
Monitoring and working towards team targets while identifying improvements to enhance process efficiency and profitability.
Submitting monthly department reports and conducting annual appraisals for team members.
Participating in monthly manager meetings and other ad hoc duties as required.The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience managing teams within a fast-paced service or operational environment.
Familiarity with quality management systems, including ISO standards.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a solution-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach.What We Offer:

£35,000 to £38,000
