R&D Tax Associate Director responsibilities include:

• Oversee a portfolio of key R&D clients
• Prepare R&D reports for submission to HMRC and deliverR&Dtax client services to a high standard
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach and be able to demonstrate an awareness of technical risk through well supported research
• Aim to increase your client base through an organised approach to business development e.g. networking, client recommendation requests, and developing referrer base
• Confident in delivering technical advice and support to colleagues in relation to innovation incentives and tax planning for innovative companies

As an R&D Tax Associate Director, you will:

• Be CTA or ATT qualified and/or come from a technical background (e.g. Maths or Engineering)
• Have over 7 years’ in working in R&D tax
• Managing and delivering work to a client portfolio
• Be reviewing computations and R&D Calculations
• Providing advice on tax technical points to clients
• Staff management skills
