Page Personnel have just registered a new, permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk position for a well established Property business based in Horsforth. Due to growth within the Finance team, our client has a new opportunity available within their Accounts Payable function and can offer a great office based role with free parking and excellent staff benefits.

Description

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Processing high volume of purchase invoices
• Manual processing of invoices as well as using Sage Intact systems
• Working in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Matching, batching and coding of invoices Bank reconciliations
• Dealing with any invoice queries and discrepancies
• Maintaining the accounts payable inbox
• A variety of other duties as and when required

Profile

• Will have held a position within Finance/Accounts Payable previously.
• Will have an excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Will be used to working within a team environment.
• Will be confident with the duties listed above.

Job Offer

Salary up to £26,000 per annum + permanent position + accessible Horsforth location + free parking + close to public transport links + 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) + excellent staff benefits.
