My client, Who are one of the the biggest Block Management companies in London and they have been open since 1974 are looking for a block manager to grow with their company !!Duties :

• Managing a large, but manageable residential portfolio
• Assume responsibility for the Health and Safety and compliance issues including risk assessments
• Responsible for managing site staff
• Assume responsibility for blocks including the preparation and management of service charges budgets, credit control and handling Section 20 procedures for qualifying works
• All-important communications with lessees and Clients on a regular basis, responding to tenants' calls and emails rapidly and proactively until resolution of any issues
• Regular site visits and chairing residents and Board Meetings, including AGMs and keeping property staff and standards up to scratch
• Working proactively with the accounts department
• A knowledge of the TRAMPS management system would be beneficial Identifying, investigating and resolving disputed items
• Assisting on LVT and other legal issues

Salary is £45,000 - £50,000Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pmIRPM Preferred
