Established in the 1980's and providing project building services to offices across the UK our client has seen steady growth acquiring new contracts across the commercial sector and to aid in project delivery they are looking for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover Central Birmingham.

The following experience is required to apply for the Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer role

5+ years' experience in a similar role working on commercial projects as a Maintenance Engineer
Able to cover a range of work including basic electrical and plumbing, water testing/monitoring and general maintenance to the fabric of the building.
Industry recognised qualifications in any services sector beneficial
Experience working for a facility management company in commercial settings ideal.
Ability to work overtime when required beneficial (No Call-Out)

The Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer will focus work in the landlord areas of offices, with some retail sites on occasion. Our client will aim to focus work in your skill specialism an provide additional training to take forward in your career.
