A Corporate Solicitor with 3-6years PQE is required to provide legal advice to a diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will be based in Reading.

Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be invilved in the following:

• M&A's, private equity/venture capital, capital markets listings / IPOs, public company takeovers, JVs, Group restructurings, Corporate advisory matters
• Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex documents
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Profile

The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:

• 3-6years PQE.
• Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
