We are currently recruiting for an experienced Email Marketing Professional on behalf of our client, a leading firm in the audit, tax, advisory, and risk sectors. Our client is undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is seeking a skilled individual to take ownership of their email marketing strategy.

This role involves close collaboration with the business development and marketing teams, as well as key stakeholders across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be highly organised, and demonstrate confidence under pressure, with excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the super user of the email marketing platform, acting as the primary approver for all email campaigns before distribution.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to craft benefit-driven email content aligned with the company's key sectors and services.
  • Offer constructive feedback to improve email campaign performance.
  • Provide training for new starters on the email platform, while regularly sharing best practices with the wider team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest email marketing trends and share insights with the business development and marketing teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to email marketing and escalate when necessary.
  • Create and optimise email templates to ensure they align with brand standards.
  • Anaylyse and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, providing regular updates and key benchmarking data to senior stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure successful email communications.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within an organisation.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in working with email marketing tools and CRM systems, understanding how they integrate and work together.
  • Skilled in handling large datasets and transforming them into visually compelling reports.
  • Proficient presentation skills, with the ability to present performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage workloads efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
