The Embedded Software Engineering role be hybrid of 3 days working onsite and 2 days WFH.  Salary on offer:The salary on offer for the successful Embedded Software Engineeris £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on skillset and experience. Graduate/Juniors and Mid-Level Embedded Software Engineers with 1-2+ years industry experience are also considered. The role:The successful Embedded Software Engineer will work to design, develop, test and maintain embedded software for Semiconductor products.  Embedded Software Engineer Key Skills:

• 3-5+ years of industry experience
• Embedded Software programming in C or C++
• Experience of microcontrollers & microprocessors
• Network interfaces – SPI, I2C, USB, UART, RS232/485, SMBus, JTAG
• RTOS Experience - FreeRTOS, ThreadX, QNX, VxWorks or similar
• Knowledge and experience developing platform un Linux or Windows
• Debugging at application and hardware level
• Appreciation of Software validation and verification techniques
• Use of modern SW development workflows (CI/GitLab/makefile/CMake/TDD etc.)
• Good Documentation and presentation skills
