Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider, to recruit for a number of Electricians on a temporary, or temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be completing electrical repairs and maintenance on void and tenanted social housing properties

Responsibilities of the Electrician:

• Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance to void and tenanted social housing properties
• Carrying out fault finding and diagnosis
• Providing testing, inspection and the appropriate certification for electrical components and equipment
• Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and quality
• Completing accurate records of work undertaken
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements of the Electrician includes:

• UK Driving License

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• 2391
