Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send out estimates
  • Assist customers with queries and follow-ups
  • Process orders, schedule installations, and book maintenance visits
  • Manage phone enquiries, email routine maintenance reminders, and schedule surveys
  • Order equipment and office supplies as needed
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming office space and greet clients warmly
  • Support all departments with various ad hoc duties

About You

  • Background in a service industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Strong team player
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to reliably commute to Sevenoaks
