Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Unqualified Teacher. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education, have experience working with children, and are considering a teaching career but do not yet hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Key Responsibilities: Unqualified Teacher - Primary School - Croydon

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers
  • Support the learning and development of pupils in a classroom setting
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
  • Adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
  • Assess pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other support staff
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
  • Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and health & safety protocols
