Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday - Either 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm

A rapidly growing renewable energy company are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their small, friendly office based in Poole.

This company are a small team of 5 who are continuing to thrive and are expanding into the commercial sector alongside their residential customers.

Supporting 2 directors, your duties will include a combination of diary management, customer service, general administration, coordinating office meetings and ordering required materials for scheduled work.

This is a hands on and pivotal role which will require someone who is highly organised, possesses strong administrative skills and has experience ensuring smooth running office operations.

This is an involved, hands-on role where your duties will include;

* Overseeing day-to-day office administration tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient work flow.

* Providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers via telephone and email.

* Ensuring appointments with potential new customers are booked in the diary and followed up.

* Preparing quotations and new sales orders.

* Ensuring all new jobs are booked in, completed and followed in line with the schedule of work.

* Managing the ordering and organisation of materials from merchants.

* Providing support to customers post sales enquiries.

* Creating and manage customer contracts to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.

* Coordinating office meetings and events, including quarterly company socials - arranging dates, venues, bookings, travel, food.
