Our client, is seeking a Finance Manager to provide strategic financial oversight, ensuring compliance and sustainability while working closely with the CEO and executive team. • Oversee financial strategy, governance, and compliance
• Ensure robust financial controls and reporting, supporting long-term sustainability
• Manage financial audits and ensure compliance with charity and company finance regulations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Lead and support a small finance team
• Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team

• ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and oversee a small finance team
• Strategic mindset, with hands-on financial expertise
