Nursery Room leader - Level 3

Salary: Up to £29,000 p/a

40 hours per week

Are you a nurturing and passionate childcare professional with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Nursery Room Leader! You'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team and creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above, demonstrating a strong theoretical and practical understanding of child development.
  • Proven leadership experience in an early years setting, showcasing your ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its effective implementation within a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
