Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with a valid FLT Counterbalance Licence to join our team. You'll be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while contributing to a smooth-running warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate counterbalance forklift trucks to move goods around the facility.

* Operate manufacturing machinery onsite ( full training provided )

* Perform daily equipment checks to ensure operational safety.

* Assist with general manufacturing duties as needed.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

* A valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential).

* Previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts.

* A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.

* Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern
