We are working with an education provider in the Merseyside area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Tutor to join their team.

The role is a permanent full-time role, comprising of 38.75 hours per week (8:00am until 4:30pm, with a 3:15pm finish on Fridays) and you would be based at the education provider's centre in the Merseyside area, where you would be asked to train Engineering apprentices on their hands-on machining skills in the workshop, and their Design, Draft, and CAD skills in the classroom.

The starting salary for this position is between £31,000 and £33,000 per annum, and the client would be willing to put you through pay for a teaching qualification if you do not have one already. The package also includes a pension, a health/life plan, and 30 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-Good experience of hands-on Mechanical Engineering
-Good experience of Computer Aided Design and Drafting
