Foot Mobile Engineer - City & West End - 42k + Travel

We are working with an industry leader on one of their longstanding commercial office portfolios in Central London. This is an opportunity to work with a forward thinking business who actively looking to train and promote form within

The need is for a Foot Mobile Engineer to operate across a number of corporate sites carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as per client requests

Responsibilities:

* Key tasks include maintaining and servicing essential building systems, such as:

* Air Handling Units (AHU's)

* Fan Coil Units (FCU's)

* Lighting

* Fire Alarms

* Sprinklers tests

* Power systems

* Building Management Systems (BMS)

* This is a mobile role, so candidates will be required to travel between different sites on foot (no driving required).

Personal Specification:

* Qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical Discipline up to level 3 standards

* Over 5 years Experience in building services or facilities maintenance

* Ability to handle day-to-day maintenance tasks and ensure the systems in commercial office buildings operate smoothly.

* A proactive and problem-solving approach to maintenance and repair work.

* Previous experience in a foot mobile or multi-site role would be beneficial

* Ability to work in a client facing environment
