This professional services client based in the beautiful town of Farnham are seeking an organised administrator with fantastic attention to detail as well as being a confident communicator, you will be the first port of call for all incoming enquiries and will support the team with any administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Responding and managing inbound calls
Ensure that all calls are dealt with effectively
Call clients to obtain information for the team
Ensuring that all information is kept confidential
Updating the inhouse CRM database ensuring accuracy is always maintained
Support the team with all aspects of administration across the wider team

Skills

Experience in an administrative role preferably within a professional services environment
A natural communicator able to deal with a high volume of telephone calls
Able to multitask and prioritise workload
Confident user of MS office
