Role OverviewRole Overview

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 36 hours a week with an hourly rate of £12.65.

Working days are Monday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Tuesday 8.30am to 12.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Thursday 8.30am to 1.30pm and 8.30am to 6.00pm, you will have 30 minutes lunch when working Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for:

Developing and managing your branch team, including the Pharmacist, to ensure a safe, efficient, and profitable branch, focusing on company KPIs.
Working collaboratively with other branches, Area Managers, pharmacy support and the wider business to support company growth and success.
Making sure training needs are identified and planned into the working week.
Completing yearly appraisals thoroughly to make sure all colleagues know their strengths and what their development needs are.
Showing leadership and influencing your team to implement the Weldricks Customer Care policy to the highest possible standards.
Always maintaining high retail standards to facilitate a brilliant customer journey.
