Job title: Assistant Site Manager

Thorn Baker are working with a Leading House Builder are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing project in Keresley, Coventry. This position is due to last around 2 months.

We are looking to get someone started as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction project
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
Monitor progress and quality of work being carried out
Assist in the management of site personnel
Required Qualifications:

CSCS, SSSTS, SMSTS, First Aid, Driving Licence

Experience:

Proven experience in PLC House Building, managing new build housing projects
