Job Description

My client is looking for an organized individual to join their team in the role of Service Controller. In this role, you will be dealing with organizing engineers for call outs, according to customer requirements, and available resources.

You will receive the initial customer enquiry, allocate the appropriate services, and liaise with the customer throughout to keep them informed on progress. Great telephone manner, admin and computer skills are a must for this job, along with the ability to multitask and problem solve.

Responsibilities

* To receive, record and relay relevant information for all callouts

* To monitor and arrange Engineer availability

* To keep customers informed of timescales and ensure Engineers attend as soon as possible

* Being the point of contact for any service enquiries

* Contributing effectively to administration processes

* Dealing with all telephone calls in a polite and professional manner and having the ability to deal with conflict whilst remaining diplomatic.

Qualifications

* Previous Service Advisor Experience

* High level of Organization skills
