Job Title: Lettings Professional (Neg/Valuer/Manager)

Location: Didcot

Salary: Dependent on skills and experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm (Saturdays on a rota basis)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings Professional to join their fantastic team in Didcot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate and a track record in lettings to contribute to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Maintain constant communication with clients, ensuring they are updated at all times while providing an exceptional level of service.
• Reporting: Prepare and present KPIs and market analysis to the directors.
• Applicant Registration & Viewings: Register applicants, book and conduct property viewings, and identify opportunities for valuations, financial, and legal services leads.
• Market Expansion: Continuously seek ways to improve market share and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Market Appraisals/Valuations: Carry out market appraisals/valuations to bring as many properties to the market as possible.
