Lettings Coordinator - Birmingham - Basic £28k (OTE £30K)

Our client, a successful and award-winning Estate Agency in Birmingham, who is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join their expanding team.

About the Role:
As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the lettings team, managing applicant registrations, coordinating property marketing, and facilitating smooth negotiations between tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

* Register and manage applicant details, ensuring accurate records.

* Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

* Negotiate terms between tenants and landlords to secure successful lettings.

* Manage and maintain an up-to-date applicant database.

* Provide regular feedback to landlords and tenants.

* Assist with general marketing and business administration tasks.

What We're Looking For:

* At least 12 months of experience in lettings.

* A professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* A positive and outgoing personality.

* This is office based so no requirements for a full UK driving licence

* A desire to meet and exceed targets.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm

* 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
