Site Manager - Retrofit, Social Housing, and Voids
Location: Cardiff-various locations
Contract Type: Freelance starting Jan 6th - March, with a view for extension after this time

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee retrofit and refurbishment projects in Cardiff. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage site teams, ensuring smooth project execution.

* Oversee retrofit works, including insulation, energy efficiency upgrades, and void refurbishments.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of work.

* Liaise with clients, tenants, and local authorities.

* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.

* Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in retrofit, social housing, or void property refurbishment.

* Valid CSCS card and First Aid certification.

Qualifications:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

* Asbestos Awareness training (preferred but not essential)
