We are currently looking for an experienced children's social worker to join a stable Child and Family Safeguarding service at an Ofsted 'Good' rated council.

You will also be joining a close-knit, stable team who have built a close community both inside and outside of work, all supported by the long-standing permanent management structure, who are always on hand to give a second opinion and offer any advice you may need on your cases, creating a relaxed and supportive environment for you to do your best work.

This council also operate on a hybrid working pattern and flexible working hours, allowing you to have a good work life balance and take advantage of all the Island has to offer.

Leaders in Care are offering a rate of £44/h for this role, as well as a generous £250/week accommodation bonus.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
