• Prepare and issue contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
• Manage case files, including opening, closing, and archiving
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents
• Conduct legal research and interpret search results

• Monitor legal regulations and ensure compliance

• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications and SDLT returns

• Handle post-exchange formalities

• Assist with client billing

• Prepare completion statements

• Manage exchanges of contracts
