As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with special educational needs.
• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Promote positive behaviour and a nurturing learning environment.
• Help students develop their confidence, independence, and love of learning.

• Relevant qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in supporting students across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, adaptable, and positive approach to working with children.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to upholding the highest standards.

• Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), such as ASD, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.
• Additional training in areas such as phonics, behaviour management, or first aid.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
