Health & Safety Manager - High-Rise Construction | East London
Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager looking for a new opportunity with a leading contractor? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee health, safety, and compliance on a major high-rise landmark project in East London.
Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage H&S policies and procedures across the project.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and industry best practices.
* Conduct site audits,inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
* Work closely with project teams to drive a strong safety culture.
* Provide H&S training and support to site staff and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager in high-rise construction (20 storeys+).
* Experience in student accommodation projects is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and UK H&S laws.
* Relevant H&S qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
* Experience working on £50mil projects +
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
