We're working with a forward-thinking business to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their high-energy outbound sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to make a real impact.

The Role

You'll be responsible for reaching out to new customers following recent orders-so no cold calling! Every customer you contact already knows who we are. Your mission? To turn one-off buyers into loyal repeat customers, while identifying future business opportunities, potential projects, and e-procurement leads.

Key Responsibilities

Secure repeat orders from new customers

Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Educate customers on the full product offering

Uncover new purchasing contacts within accounts

Identify potential procurement projects and opportunities

Generate and share quality business leads with the wider sales team

Ideal Experience

Previous success in telephone-based sales

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-led environment

Experience in growing and managing a customer base

Background in lead generation or gaining new agreements (desirable)
