Your new company

* Working for a large contractor involved in their void property work in the South Birmingham area's.

* Offering a temp-perm contract and looking for a skilled candidate to jump on board asap

Skills and qualities

* Looking for someone who is an all rounder on property maintenance 'a jack of all trades'.

* Working in the voids team - ideally previous experience within social housing.

* Involved in the likes of joinery, painting, plumbing, tiling etc.

Your new role

* Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm

* Overtime is available after work or Saturday mornings

* Van, tools and fuel card are provided

* Temp - £22-23p/h CIS or Umbrella PAYE

* Perm - £33,000

* 1 stage interview
