Marine Engineer

SYR are excited to announce an opportunity for a Marine Engineer for a custom boat builder, based in Southampton, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

This employer is looking for experienced small craft Marine Engineers/Technicians.

* Someone with experience with new builds and re-fit/repair & service maintenance projects

* Experience fitting inboard/outboard engines

* Experience with mechanical onboard systems

* 3+ years of experience on both.

* Some knowledge of Marine electrical would be advantageous.

* Very high standard to fit and finish on all projects.

* Positive attitude and good work ethic.

* Able to work in a team and individually to tight deadlines

Additional info:

* Permanent role only, no contractors for this role.

* Highly attractive hourly pay rate

* 4 day working week

* Overtime available
