Onsite Recruitment Consultant - Evening ShiftWellingborough, Northamptonshire15:00 - 00:00 Full-Time £24,000 - £28,000ACS Staffing Solutions are seeking a dedicated and proactive Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our clients night shift operations by ensuring a smooth and effective service to client requirements to temporary labour. Alongside our team you will attract, onboard and temporary staff providing a dedicated end to end service to both our client and candidate. You wil be working in partnership with our client and be responsible for staff check-ins, management of no-shows and lateness as well as addressing any immediate staffing requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Check-In: Ensure all scheduled staff members are confirmed and checked in  
  • Management of No-Shows: Address any no-shows promptly by contacting and arranging replacements.
  • Updating Hours: Accurately update and maintain staff working hours in the system.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requirements promptly.
  • Temporary Workforce Engagement: Engaging with temporary staff  members to ensure they are motivated and informed about their roles.
  • Short-Notice Replacements: Confidently chase and arrange replacements for staff who have not turned up.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports both internal and external
Experience and skills:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or staffing support is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and updating databases.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to engage and motivate temporary staff.
  • Professional demeanour and client-focused approach.
  • Romanian speaker is desirable but not essential
