A young, fast-growth FinTech business with a truly global footprint are seeking a Payroll Manager with an International payroll background to join the team urgently. They operate remotely, so this position would be remote based on an initial 6-month FTC. The successful candidate would be responsible for managing the global payroll of 600, of which over half are located in Portugal, 100 or so across the Americas & the rest scattered around the world.

The business currently has a number of local payroll providers in the countries operated within, and the Payroll Manager will be responsible for delivering a project to bring the payrolls together under the roof of one of the global Payroll bureau (likely ADP), so the client is looking for a candidate who has the following experience:-

• Significant International Payroll Management background (Portuguese payroll is a MUST)
• Experience delivering projects bringing global payrolls into a large bureau (ideally ADP)
• Exceptional interpersonal & organisational skills
• A background within the Technology, FinTech or Payments industry is a must-have
