An established and growing Bridging & Development Finance lender is looking for a Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage a diverse loan book. Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a portfolio of bridging and development loans.

* Monitoring loan performance, repayments, and risk factors.

* Liaising with borrowers, solicitors, and valuers to ensure smooth transactions.

* Handling loan renewals, extensions, and restructures when required.

* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

* Experience in bridging and/or development finance portfolio management.

* Strong understanding of loan servicing, risk assessment, and asset management.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
