O'Neill and Brennan are seeking a dedicated Acoustic Consultant to join our client, a renowned consultancy specializing in the Construction and Infrastructure sectors. This is a permanent position based in Bedford with the flexibility of a hybrid work system.

As an Acoustic Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting acoustic assessments and surveys across various projects.

* Analysing data and producing detailed reports on noise and vibration levels.

* Advising clients on noise control solutions and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate acoustic considerations into project designs.

* Providing technical support and guidance to junior consultants and other project stakeholders.

* Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the field of acoustics.

The successful Acoustic Consultant will have:

* A degree in Acoustics, Sound Engineering, or a related field.

* Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or consultancy sectors.

* Membership with a relevant professional body such as the Institute of Acoustics (IOA).

* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in acoustic modelling software.

* Excellent communication and report writing skills.

* Flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, as part of our hybrid work system.
