Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 per annum
Are you a skilled payroll professional with a flair for numbers and an eye for detail? Do you thrive on working with complex data while making a real impact in a dynamic, multinational environment?
This pivotal role manages the UK payroll cycle in collaboration with an outsourced payroll provider. Beyond payroll, you'll play a critical part in supporting with compensation programmes across multiple European countries. As a specialist in payroll and HR operations, you'll not only ensure smooth payroll processes but also contribute to key compensation analytics, job evaluations, and regional HR initiatives.
The role;UK Payroll - Coordinate and oversee payroll data submissions to the outsourced provider.
- Act as the main liaison for payroll queries and explanations.
- Review and distribute payroll reports to Finance and stakeholders.
- Drive compliance by preparing the UK Gender Pay Gap report.
Regional Compensation Support - Assist in salary and benefits surveys and pay benchmarking across Europe.
- Create and maintain compensation metrics and analytics for the region.
- Support the annual appraisal cycle, pay review processes, and budget collection from European markets.
- Deliver insights through detailed analysis using HR data and presenting results in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Conduct job evaluations using structured methods.
What You’ll BringRequired Skills and Experience - Solid understanding of payroll processes and principles.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and data modeling skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors for HR and compensation processes.
Desirable Experience - HR generalist experience in dynamic business environments.
- Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with job evaluation methodologies (e.g, Korn Ferry, Mercer).
